• Guitar Pickups
• Opened Instrument Care products

2. We’ll email you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions
3. Package the item securely using original packaging
4. Clearly mark the RMA number on the package

Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days after we receive and inspect your return. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is our error.
