AER Compact 80 Pro | 80-Watt Combo

AER have put years of research into practice with the Compact 80pro amplifier.  The amp has four channels, each with their own gain structure and EQ section.  This means an acoustic duo could plug two guitars and two vocal microphones into it.  Alternatively, a solo acoustic performer could have one channel set for their voice and then have other channels ready for guitar, mandolin and banjo, for example.

The amp has two built-in effects processors.  There are four choices of effect; two reverbs, a delay and a chorus.  These can be split across channels meaning an instrument and a voice could have different effects applied.  Built in phantom-power enables easy powering of condenser microphones.  There are L/R aux inputs on the back of the amp, with their own separate volume control.  The amp also has a headphone output which mutes the internal speaker when engaged.  It also has an effects loop and two electronically balanced, non-isolated DI-outs.  The first is post tone but pre aux/effects.  The second is switchable to allow the choice of pre or post aux/effects.

The amp is made in Germany and only weights 10kg despite beng 80 watts!
