What shipping options do you offer?
We offer two shipping methods to meet different needs:
1. Standard Shipping (Recommended)
• Carriers: DHL or FedEx
• Delivery Time: 10-15 business days after dispatch
• Cost: $12.95 flat rate
• Includes full tracking, insurance, and priority handling
2. Free Shipping
• Carrier: EMS
• Delivery Time: 15-25 business days after dispatch
• Cost: Free on orders over $50
• Includes basic tracking and our careful packaging
How long does order processing take?
Most orders are processed within 1-2 business days before shipping. For fastest processing, place your order before 2 PM CST (Monday-Friday) for possible same-day processing. Weekend orders are processed the next business day.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We ship worldwide to bring quality instruments to musicians everywhere (excluding some remote areas in Asia and other locations). Whether you’re in New York, London, or Sydney, we’ll get your gear to you. Please note that some countries may require additional customs fees or import taxes upon delivery, which are the customer’s responsibility.
How are instruments packaged for shipping?
Every instrument is handled with the care it deserves by our team of musician-shippers. We use professional packing materials specifically designed to protect musical equipment during transit. Your gear will be packed to withstand the journey while maintaining perfect condition.
